Textbook Sellback Policies

We strongly encourage you to go through the textbook sellback policies before sending us your book(s). We strictly abide by these policies and any violation of these policies will result in your book getting recycled and no payment will be issued for such an order.

What can/cannot be sold?
  • Everytext.com does not purchase international editions or instructor's editions.
  • If a book comes with a CD/DVD/Online Access Code; it must be included with the book.
  • The books you sell to Everytext.com should be of a Very Good or better quality. Books with torn/missing pages, excessive highlighting, water damage, stained pages, etc. will not be considered for purchase and will be recycled or returned to you at your cost.
  • The ISBN of the book(s) received by us must match with the ISBN of the book(s) in your sellback order. If the ISBN is not readable or is tampered with; the book will not be purchased by us.
  • Any study guides sold to Everytext.com must be in a NEW condition only.
How many copies of the same ISBN can I sell?
  • You can sell upto THREE (3) copies of the same isbn at one time.
  • If you wish to sell more than 3 copies of the same ISBN, you must wait for the first order to be received by us and get paid for the books before sending the next batch of books.
How do I pack my books?
  • You need to make sure your books are securly packed in a box, preferably with some cushioning material (bubble wrap, peanuts, styrofoam, etc.). Obtaining the correct packaging material is your responsibility and Everytext.com will not be responsible for books that get damaged/lost in transit due to inferior packaging.
  • Once you have placed your order to sell books to us, you will be able to print a packing slip. We strongly recommend enclosing that packing slip with your books.
  • You are required to use ONE box/envelope for the entire order. The shipping label cannot be used on multiple packages at one time. 
How do I ship my books?
  • Everytext.com will provide you with a prepaid shipping label. You simply have to print the label from any printer and carefully affix the label on your package.
  • Every shipping label has a tracking number on it to ensure the safety of your books and for you to determine when the package was received at our end. 
  • Once a shipping label has been issued to you; it must be used within SEVEN (7) days else it will be cancelled. 
  • Everytext.com is not responsible for books lost in transit. You may purchase shipping insurance (for a nominal fee) from your local post office to insure your books against any loss in transit.
  • Please note that at this time, Everytext.com is only able to buy books from US-based sellers. Shipping labels will not be issued for non-US sellers.
How do I get paid for my books?
  • You can choose to get paid either through PayPal or Check. To get paid through PayPal, you will need to enter your PayPal address. Personal checks are mailed out to your return address.
  • Payments are usually processed within 48 hours of receiving the book(s). In case there is a problem with the order, you will be notified immedietly about the details of the issue.
